Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2025

At DivToCloud, your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. We keep it plain — no legalese.

01

Information We Collect

When you use DivToCloud services, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company name, and project details when you fill out our contact or onboarding forms.

We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our platform. This helps us improve our services and your experience.

For clients on active projects, we may collect additional business information necessary to deliver your requested services.

02

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to deliver, maintain, and improve our services; to communicate with you about your project, proposals, and updates; and to send relevant technical and service announcements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is shared only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, and only under strict confidentiality agreements.

We may use aggregated, anonymised data for internal analytics and to improve our service quality.

03

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest. We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

04

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience, analyse site traffic, and understand where our visitors come from.

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.

05

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also request that we restrict or stop processing your data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@divtocloud.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

06

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
